Your tasks:

Lead the development and launch of customized Power Electronics products (On Board-Charger, DC/DC)
Define and develop robust hardware architecture and product integration strategies for power electronics systems
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams across disciplines
Develop technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals
Prepare and deliver technical presentations and documentation for customers and stakeholders
Monitor and analyze market trends in vehicle electrification and emerging technologies

Your profile:

Degree of Electrical Engineering or appropriate degree in such a position
Proven experience in a leadership role within Power Electronics (On Board-Charger, DC/DC, etc...)
Experience with High Voltage components is a plus
Solid understanding of ISO 26262 functional safety standards
Excellent communication and project management skills
Very good knowledge of English
Willingness and ability to travel as required
