Your tasks:
  • Commissioning and validating mechatronic components, subsystems, and complete systems
  • Deriving test requirements and creating detailed test specifications in collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Maintaining and documenting requirements, test cases, and results within the requirements engineering tool landscape
  • Planning, executing, and validating tests in accordance with customer, internal, and regulatory requirements, with a focus on system integration, low-voltage, and safety testing
  • Developing and implementing automated test routines to improve efficiency, repeatability, and test coverage
  • Analysing, interpreting, and documenting test results; identifying deviations; and driving corrective actions
  • Presenting test findings and project status updates to customers, project teams, and internal stakeholders
Your profile:
  • Successfully completed degree in electrical engineering, automation technology, mechatronics, or a comparable technical discipline
  • Proven experience in the testing and validation of mechatronic systems and components
  • Solid knowledge of testing methodologies and standards, particularly LV123/LV124 and other relevant high-voltage standards; experience in system integration testing is an advantage
  • Strong understanding of electric drive systems, electrified powertrains, and associated components
  • Hands-on experience with test bench automation and control systems, such as dSPACE, ControlDesk, and AutomationDesk
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and stakeholder management skills in a multidisciplinary environment
  • Independent, structured, and solution-orientated working style with a high level of technical responsibility
  • Ability to analyse complex technical issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions
  • Fluent in English; German is nice to have
