Your tasks:
  • Partner with key stakeholders to develop and execute HR strategies (workforce planning, talent acquisition, retention, succession) aligned with business goals
  • Act as the main point of contact for all HR matters within the business team
  • Lead and manage change initiatives (restructuring, process improvements, cultural transformation) to ensure smooth implementation
  • Enhance the employee experience by designing and implementing sustainable solutions with management
  • Coach and support local leaders, advising on succession planning, performance and talent reviews, and the annual merit cycle
  • Oversee recruitment, contract management, HR administration, and accurate monthly payroll processing
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.Collaborate with EMEA HR colleagues to align on people priorities, share best practices, and drive synergies
Your profile:
  • University degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or equivalent
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR generalist/specialist roles with a strong focus on business partnering and strategic HR management
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles and employment law, with the ability to balance company and employee interests professionally
  • Executive presence with strong relationship-building, communication, coaching, and mentoring skills across all organizational levels
  • Proven ability to manage employee relations matters and resolve conflicts diplomatically
  • Strong project management skills, driving HR initiatives, process improvements, and innovative solutions while meeting deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint), ideally SAP, and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
