SAP Specialist (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Monitor customer information
• Submit sales reports and forecasts to various departments in headquarters
• Perform duties as the Key Account Manager for customers
• Manage and control Retro-activities (Part price change history)
• Regularly communicate with various departments for receiving any required information
• Negotiate prices and costs with our client in order to receive cost reimbursement
• Organize and prepare various types of requested data in commercial topics

Your profile:

• University Degree in Business or related field
• Experience in the automotive industry and knowledge in Price/Sales Management/Key Account Management
• SAP for daily business ( (Sales SAP Module; Analysis and Tracking of Price Changes) ) : Incoming Sales Orders, Incoming Payments, Piece Price adjustments, Credit note tracking, Sample orders
• Accounting experience: Accounts Payable and Receivable, Tax Forms, Billing, Customer Communication
• Excellent business and negotiation skills and the ability to manage work internationally
• Basic understanding of Mechanical Engineering and multicultural work experience is a plus
• Fluent English written and verbal communication skills, German is a plus
