Your tasks:

Submission and tracking of expense reports
General administrative support for the R&D Planning team
Regularly analysing and managing resource and budget status
Analysing and booking outsourcing costs

Your profile:

Initial experience in administration or project support is an advantage
Structured, reliable and independent way of working
Good knowledge of MS Excel; SAP knowledge is a plus
Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
Korean language
