Your tasks:

Handling/enroll information of failures(return from the customer) to internal system
Close support CS analyst and engineers in the quality departament
Handling of failures : input information to internal system (ex. CQMA, Excel file)
Packing/unpacking, take pictures and sanding part of the other location

Your profile:

Positive thinking and proactive
Willing to co-work with colleagues
Fluent English and German language skills
