Payroll Coordination and Project Support (m/f/d)

• Preparing and validating payroll input data, including new hires, terminations, transfers, and compensation changes according to payroll calendars and deadlines
• Maintain accurate employee payroll records and documentation
• Support Audits; payroll reconciliations and data checks
• Coordinate payroll inputs with HR, employees, managers, and external payroll vendors
• Monitor payroll timelines and follow up on pending payroll actions
• Assist in tracking payroll-related activities and deliverables across European countries
• Escalate payroll issues and discrepancies to the Payroll Lead

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
• 0-2 years of experience in payroll, HR administration shared services, or a related area
• Basic understanding of payroll and HR processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel is a must
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication skills in English
