Your tasks:
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of agreements throughout the pharmaceutical company’s value chain, with a primary focus on marketing and distribution agreements, along with contracts like CDAs, service agreements, and intercompany agreements
  • Provide reliable, business-oriented legal advice to internal stakeholders on various matters, including marketing and distribution activities, sourcing, and medical projects
  • Identify and assess legal risks, and develop and implement effective, legally sound, and economically feasible solutions to mitigate those risks
  • Recognize the legal training needs of business stakeholders and design and deliver relevant educational programs and training sessions
  • Collaborate with the tax department on intercompany contracts and corporate restructuring initiatives
  • Oversee and manage external legal counsel as needed to secure advice across multiple jurisdictions
Your profile:
  • Fully qualified lawyer ("Volljurist*in") or equivalent education, ideally with additional qualifications such as an LL.M
  • Several years of experience in an international law firm or within the industry, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial and contract law, with a preference for expertise in pharmaceutical and medical law
  • Proven expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex contracts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong team player with intercultural competence, exceptional communication skills, and excellent organizational abilities
