• Coordination of translations of the core labeling data. Management of the translations in the labeling database
• Coordination of the corrections and approvals of the language versions by local regulatory experts. Management of the corrections and updates in the labeling database (ST4)
• Coordinate and implement requirements from different departments such as Paralegal, Quality and Marketing and ensure compliance of labeling materials for medical devices with local labeling requirements
• Work closely with Supply Chain Planning and other relevant departments in order to ensure a timely technical relase and ready-to-print labeling material according to packaging and launch timelines
• Ensure the maintenance of the content management data base (ST4) with regards to product information texts

• Life scientific background, approbation, diploma, master degree or PhD Lingustics
• Approx. 2-4 years of experience in international medical device labeling
• Proficient in working with various IT systems and tools including MS Office
• Foundational understanding of labelling and packaging requirements
• Advanced linguistic understanding
• Strong attention to detail, ability to review documents for accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements, noting deficiencies and inconsistencies
• Business fluent English
