• Act as first support before to open and service e-ticket and liaise with module provider to assure timely problem solving
• Teach other users and creation and customisation of processes according to needs: new templates, approval workflows, etc.
• UAT: User Test Acceptance and Creation and maintainance of user manuals and other process documentation
• Plan and manage new IT introductions or improvement implementations
• Process improver: Continous reassessment and promotion of improvements: Collect department pain points (long bureocratic workflows, etc. ) and seek a simplifing IT solution
• Develop business plan and timeline to introduction and build internal approval
• Understand PUR processes and the tool’s capabilities and match them: Judge if the developments fulfil our requirements + come up with improvement ideas

• Over 5 years of purchasing activity experience in the Automotive industry including project and contract management
• Very good expertise in MRP systems. SAP expertise is an advantage
• Good problem solving skills; continuous follow-up until problem solving
• Very good cross-cultural communication skills
• Strong sense of mission, high ethics (compliance & moral)
• Fluent in English and good knowledge of German language (Japanese an advantage)
