• Primary Focus – SMART & Infrastructure Customers, Lead all technical support and integration activities for customers in SMART infrastructure, traffic systems, ITS, public-safety, and security deployments
• Provide continuous on-site and remote customer support to ensure smooth installation, configuration, and first-use activation of Innoviz sensors
• Plan and execute field demo sessions, validation tests, and data-collection activities tailored to SMART/ITS scenarios (intersection monitoring, road-side units, perimeter protection, etc.)
• Other Focus: Customer Integration & Ongoing Support
• Technical Coordination & Cross-Team Alignment
• Demonstrations, Tooling & Field Engineering
• Feedback Loop & Documentation Improvement

• BSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or similar discipline
• 5+ years engineering experience in hardware/software integration, field applications, or system-level testing
• Hands-on problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver fast, creative solutions in customer environments
• Willing to travel inside Germany and Europe - 20%
• Experience in SMART infrastructure, ITS, traffic technology, or security system deployments is a strong advantage
• Experience with autonomous vehicles, ADAS, robotics, or sensor integration (LiDAR experience preferred)
• Fluent in English; German language skills strongly preferred
