• Strategic and operational management of the companies together with a Tunisian Directeur (Automotive) and two German Managing Directors
• Collaboration in the development of the business strategy
• Operational planning, control & monitoring of all internal and external activities
• Business process optimization through selection and implementation of a new ERP system
• Further development and expansion of the purchasing organization
• Maintaining, developing and establishing new business relationships with customers and suppliers, contacts with local authorities and institutions

• Degree in business administration or technical studies with professional experience in the field of series production
• At least initial management experience in a senior position
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong target and results orientation, innovative ability and cost awareness
• Convincing personality with strong communication skills
• Knowledge of current manufacturing standards
• Constructive, collaborative and engaging leadership style
• Confident communication in Arabic, French, English and preferably German
