Data Platform Manager (m/f/d) Automotive

Your tasks:

• You work closely with Spire Platform DevOps Team (Business teams, IT teams and Cyber Security responsible), as well as legal and data protection departments
• You are responsible for the implementation of the legal, regulatory and internal requirements and obligations in the areas of legal (incl. US specifics) and data protection
• You coordinate, structure and clarify the legal and compliance topics
• You are responsible for the continuous development of the contractual documents
• You support customers which onboard their data to Spire during and post onboarding
• You analyze and support implementation of new requirements derived from stakeholders and platform users
• You support the realization of scalable artificial intelligence use cases by clarifying the legal framework and deriving resulting technical requirements

Your profile:

• Degree in Compliance, IT, and/or Data Protection, Business Administration, Law, Informatics, Computer Science, Data Management, Information Security, or similar
• Several years of experience with projects related to handling and processing of data, data management / data governance
• Affinity and thorough understanding of legal topics, data protection and data risk assessment
• Experience in agile projects and corresponding working methods, including respective tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
• Expertise in IT Security and/or Data Management policies or banking and finance regulations is a plus
• Solid technical understanding and IT affinity
• Fluent in English and German
