Your tasks:

Advisor on OT hardware selection for ship design and main contact suppliers
Monitor and protect ship IT-OT networks against cyber threats
Ensure compliance to risk assessments according IEC 62443 & NIS2 Directive
Develop cybersecurity policies for onboard and remote ship systems
Develop training for crew members on cybersecurity best practices
Cyber incident reporting made available for authorities within 24 hours
Compliance to New EU cybersecurity regulations for ship certification

Your profile:

Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or a related field
Experience with ICS/SCADA security and maritime cybersecurity frameworks
Familiarity with IMO MEG 74, IEC 62443, BV659 and EU Cyber Resilience Act
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Language: English (C2) and preferably Dutch (C1)
Supplier stakeholder management understanding of Dutch collaboration culture
