Your tasks:
  • Commercial evaluation of requests for quotations for spare parts or repairs or services or review of complex tenders/framework agreements, Preparation and processing of commercial offers for works supply contracts (here spare parts), repairs and warranties or service contracts
  • Coordinating and liaising with specialist departments within the company, such as maintenance, scheduling, mat controllers, purchasing or the legal department
  • Managing internal and external repair processes, including communication with the federal quality inspection centre (ZtQ)
  • Calculation of the offer price in accordance with the calculation guideline
  • Conducting quotation negotiations/consultations with customers quotations for spare parts, repairs or services, taking over the commercial aspects within the framework of guidelines or after consultation
  • Commercial contract processing vis-à-vis the customer (invoices, delivery documents, etc.) and with the specialist departments involved (regarding shipping, mat controller, export control, etc.) within the framework of guidelines or after consultation
  • Interface to accounting, customer, dispatch, mat controller, repair, disposition, mat controller, export control, legal department, etc.
Your profile:
  • Completed commercial studies or commercial training with several years of professional experience
  • Experience with the preparation and processing of export contracts as well as the necessary legal bases (e.g. AWG, KWKG and OECD guidelines)
  • Knowledge of VO PR 30/53, ABBV, VOL/A and VOL/B as well as the prices and price checks of the contracting authority
  • Very good knowledge of SAP R/3, MS Office
  • Good knowledge of English (written and spoken) and fluent German
  • Goal-orientated and independent way of working, commitment and initiative
  • Intercultural competence and basic negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel
