Your tasks:
  • Sensing and new quality invoices from the account team and customer portal daily basis
  • Collect all the invoices which related with quality items
  • Verify the invoices with counterpart/PIC in quality team
  • Update and moderate overview master file (excel)
  • Control lead time of invoice handling (receipt - verify - confirm - payment)
Your profile:
  • Possible to use MS Excel/Powerpoint
  • Fluent English/German
  • Experience of accounting job would be plus
