Your role also involves tasks from the fields of order processing, procurement, invoicing, marketing and HR management.

As an HR services consultant, you are responsible for obtaining new employees and coordinating the deployment of personnel on a daily basis. You will work in our recruiting team at Marienplatz. Your main tasks include writing job advertisements, evaluating applications, organising and attending job interviews and when a new employee is successfully employed, preparing contracts and coordinating the deployment of personnel.

The study programme for Business Administration – Industry: Industrial Service Management at the DHBW Stuttgart gives students a general, well-founded business qualification as well as in-depth knowledge of the commercial expertise that is essential for dual partner companies. Lectures on finance and accounting, supply chain management, marketing and HR management make up a large part of the course. We provide comprehensive and varied training together with the DHBW Stuttgart.
