Training and study

We will provide you with several opportunities for starting your career with us as a young talent. In order to do this we offer two courses as part of a dual study programme at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) or three apprenticeships.

With all of our training positions, we promise you that there is a good chance of subsequent employment..

What you need to bring with you:

The secondary school leaving certificate (O levels) is recommended for the apprenticeships which we offer, and a high school diploma (A levels) is usually required for dual study courses.

Courses

Together with the DHBW, we will provide you with a varied bachelor's degree course. Over the course of 6 semesters, you will alternate between theory and practice at three-monthly intervals. At the end of your studies you will have your bachelor's degree in your pocket.

Business informatics

The course gives the students optimum preparation for working at the interface between computer science and economics. They will be trained as specialists in computer-based operational information and communication systems.

BWL-Digital Business Management: Industrial service management

As well as providing a general, sound business qualification, the course provides in-depth IT knowledge with a focus on the special features of a digital economy. Courses such as materials and production management, logistics, finance and accounting, marketing, human resources management and data management also cover a wide area.

IT specialist for system integration

As an IT specialist you will be responsible for IT in our company. Together with our IT team, you will assist with purchasing computers and software. You will put together, install and support entire systems and networks. You will always be on hand to provide colleagues with technical support.

Office clerk

As an office clerk, you will prove your organisational skills in managing office management activities on a daily basis. Your day-to-day business involves varied tasks such as posting invoices and coordinating appointments. Your role also involves tasks from the order processing, procurement, invoicing, marketing and HR management areas.

Personnel services clerk

As a personnel service provider, you will be responsible for recruiting new staff and coordinating staff deployment on a daily basis. You will work in our recruiting team at Marienplatz. Your main duties will include: Writing job advertisements, evaluating applications, organising and accompanying job interviews and, after successfully hiring new employees, preparing contracts and coordinating the deployment of personnel.
