• Lead the development and launch of customized Power Electronics products (On Board-Charger, DC/DC)
• Define and develop robust hardware architecture and product integration strategies for power electronics systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams across disciplines
• Develop technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and documentation for customers and stakeholders
• Monitor and analyze market trends in vehicle electrification and emerging technologies

• Degree of Electrical Engineering or appropriate degree in such a position
• Proven experience in a leadership role within Power Electronics (On Board-Charger, DC/DC, etc...)
• Experience with High Voltage components is a plus
• Solid understanding of ISO 26262 functional safety standards
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Very good knowledge of English
• Willingness and ability to travel as required
