• Management of product requirements (collection of new customer requirements, analysis and prioritization of these, as well as verification of compliance, etc.)
• Development of technical specifications in accordance with system engineering processes
• Analysis and simulation of system performance and implementation of proof-of-concept analyses
• Technical chief designer within the scope of national and international development projects
• Creation of architecture for new concepts and products
• Technical coordination and quality assurance within the scope of product design and product development, including management of subcontractors
• Integration, testing, and application of products at the system level, as well as support for acceptance activities by the end customer

• Degree in engineering (electrical engineering, communications engineering or similar) or a comparable qualification with professional experience
• Initial professional experience as a systems engineer in the field of defense, security, space or similar
• Experience in the following areas would be advantageous:
• High-frequency front-end architectures for signal transmission and reception
• Real-time architectures for signal and data processing (acoustic, video or RF signals)
• Simulation architectures for training
• Very good knowledge of system engineering processes (according to military standards, INCOSE, V-Model)
• Experience with tools for configurations and requirements management (e.g. Visure, Enterprise Architect)
• Experience in creating technical documentations (SSS, SSDD, IRS, IDD, ATP, manual)
• Very good English language skills
