• Participate in Concept Studies, Proof-of-Concept Designs, and Product Development
• Design and document high-performance computing systems tailored to specific customer requirements
• Technical Interface to in-house development, partners, and suppliers
• Collaborate with Systems Engineering, Software Development, Functional Safety, and Test experts
• Evaluation and selection of HPC technologies, including processors, functional peripherals, and storage solutions
• Conduct performance analysis and tuning to maximize system efficiency and throughput
• Ensure the reliability, availability, expandability, and maintainability of HPC systems
• Support of developers to clarify architectural and design questions
• Support development of safety concepts

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science preferred
• Experience as a System Architect with a focus on high-performance computing
• In-depth knowledge of HPC hardware components, including CPUs & GPUs
• Knowledge in Car-Infotainment-Development beneficial
• Very good knowledge of the full cycle of embedded system development
• Familiarity with hypervisor, containerization, and orchestration technologies are welcomed
• Experience with machine learning and AI workloads in HPC environments are welcomed
• Well-founded knowledge in development methodologies (CMMI, Automotive SPICE), here focus on ASPICE – SYS.1, SYS.2, partly SYS.3 and experience in the use of tools for requirements management, system-architecture, and design
• Fluent English skills, German is a plus
