• Provision of solutions for customer questions and problems with AUTOSAR classic software products
• Technical analysis, check of documentation, known issues, reproduction and consulting
• Development and Solution/ Program/ Product Management to provide a suitable solutions to our customers
• Customer communication via E-Mail, phone and remote sessions
• Focus on Vector DaVinci Tools and ARXML analysis/ troubleshooting

• Degree in electrical engineering, computer science or a comparable qualification
• At least five years of professional experience in the field of automotive embedded systems
• In-depth knowledge of embedded software development in C in AUTOSAR classic environment
• Profound practical knowledge of the use of Vector DaVinci tools (esp. Developer and Configurator) and ARXML as well as Python
• Experience in working with Jira and Linux is desirable
• Very good written and spoken English
