Your tasks:

Work as member of software project management team with a cross-functional defect management group
Review and analyze the findings from our test instances to assign them to the right responsible inside our global team
Coordinate the technical solutions for our findings with our internal and external partners across the globe
Shape and refine the design and implementation of defect management processes
Support and mediate teams between project areas in finding solutions
Track and follow up on the daily defect status with the teams and point out future or unknown problems
Report our progress to high management

Your profile:

A university degree or an equivalent degree in software engineering, computer science, automotive engineering or electrical engineering
Experience in software defect management / Bug Ticket handling
Experience in guiding Development Teams through diagnosis and resolution, leveraging expertise and skills across the organization
Ability to form working groups and effectively guide individuals and teams towards a solution approach
Familiarity with agile methodologies
Examine trends to identify potential problems and recurring incidents
Monitor issue queue, update status, and keep stakeholders informed of progress
Good knowledge of German and English
