Your tasks:

Facilitating the agile transformation of large-scale teams, focusing on agile methodologies, values, and principles
Leading all agile events such as retrospectives, sprint reviews, and daily stand-ups to ensure seamless communication and progress
Enhancing collaboration not only within the scrum team, but also across the broader scaled framework and entire organization
Spearheading the continuous development and improvement of the scrum team to reach new levels of efficiency and effectiveness
Managing stakeholders effectively and maintaining key performance indicators to track and showcase progress

Your profile:

Master's degree and minimum of 5 years’ experience as certified Scrum Master (ScmS) in embedded software development environment
Technical understanding and experience in the automotive industry are beneficial
Knowledgeable in implementing scaled agile models such as LeSS, SAFe
Excellent communication and moderation skills
Fluent in both English and German languages
Demonstrates a future-oriented mindset, always looking ahead to the next innovation
