Your tasks:

Responsible for the registration process for all final customers within our market
Analysing the actual registration data and steering of our external service provider on a daily basis
Supporting our fleet manager to assure a perfect customer experience from order income until handover
Improving our operational processes by implementing preventive measurements

Your profile:

Bachelor's degree in the areas of supply chain, logistics, business or a comparable degree or completed training as an industrial clerk with relevant professional experience
Very good skills in Excel
Good skills in SAP and Salesforce
Open for new topics and motivated to change and improve the actual processes
Fluent German and English skills
