Your tasks:

Interface between contact center and internal stakeholders
Case management and operations liaison
Driving and tracking of upcoming cases (product cases, issues with app, website) within the company e.g. marketing, sales, development

Your profile:

Degree in econocmics or similar
Experience in project management or operations in the Automotive field
Excellent organizational skills, self-driven and communicative personality
Fluent English language skills
