Your tasks:

You carry out all activities required in operational purchasing (inquiries, offer evaluation, contracts, orders, order confirmations, deadline monitoring, dunning) independently and communicate with suppliers
Ensure material availability
Carry out purchasing negotiations (in coordination with strategic procurement)
Coordinate with internal stakeholders
Invoice verification
Monitor and maintain the purchasing-relevant data in the ERP system (SAP)

Your profile:

Completed Bachelor’s in engineering or business administration or commercial training, ideally with an additional qualification as a specialist in purchasing
First experience – In purchasing and materials management
Knowledge and skills – Strong negotiation skills and cost awareness, proficient knowledge of MS Office programs and first experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP
Team player with strong communication skills and technical understanding as well as an independent, structured, and reliable working style
Fluency in English and German (at least B2) language
