• Experience working with Automotive OEMs
• Lead and manage HPC-focused automotive projects from concept to deployment
• Define project scope, objectives, schedules, and resource requirements
• Collaborate with software engineers, hardware teams, and automotive system developers
• Oversee the integration of HPC architecture into customer vehicle systems and simulations
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety, and security protocols
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams
• Drive innovation in HPC applications for automotive performance, AI, and data processing

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in automotive project management
• Understanding of automotive Infotainment architectures and systems
• Experience with automotive software development, simulation, and data processing
• Project management certification (PMP, Agile, etc.) is preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with automotive standards and cybersecurity considerations
• Fluent English skills, German is a plus
